How the process works
- Submit a job-readiness request.
- Staff review eligibility, goals, and immediate barriers.

- Staff and the participant create an employment-preparation plan.
- The participant works on applications, interviews, documents, or related skills.
- Winn-Wright may provide external employer or workforce referrals when appropriate.
