People We May Support
- Adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Adults returning to the community after incarceration
- Adults living with mental health challenges who benefit from nonclinical support and care coordination
- Adults with developmental disabilities who benefit from person-centered planning and practical support
Every person is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to their individual goals.
Who Can Make a Referral?
Referrals may come from individuals, family members or other support people, case managers, probation or parole teams, social workers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
A Clear, Respectful First Step
We review each referral to understand the person’s needs, eligibility, program fit, and current availability. A referral does not guarantee housing placement or enrollment.
Winn-Wright provides transitional housing and many supportive services directly. When specialized clinical or legal care is needed, we connect people with qualified outside providers.
